  • Refunds are only available for subscription plans of 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months.
  • Refund requests must be made within 5-7 Days of the subscription purchase date.
2. Eligible Circumstances for Refunds:
  • Duplicate Subscription: If a customer accidentally purchases the same subscription plan more than once, a refund will be issued for the duplicate transaction.
  • Technical Issues: In the event of technical issues preventing access to the subscribed magazines despite troubleshooting attempts, a refund may be granted.
  • Dissatisfaction: If a customer is dissatisfied with the service provided within the first 7 Days of subscription, they may request a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances:
  • Partial Use: Refunds will not be provided for partially used subscription periods. Customers will have access to the subscribed magazines until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for subscription purchases due to a change of mind or personal preferences.
4. Refund Process:
  • To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team at support@knowledgesquard.com and provide the necessary details, including the subscription purchase information.
  • Our support team will review the refund request and communicate the decision to the customer within 3 Days.
  • If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the subscription purchase.
5. Cancellation of Subscription:
  • Customers have the option to cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not guarantee a refund unless it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above.
6. Exceptions:
  • In exceptional circumstances not covered by this policy, Knowledge Squard reserves the right to consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
